We pursue a fundamental understanding of health care to solve its biggest problems ("Pasteur's quadrant"). We focus on key policy issues and generate rapid and rigorous high-impact peer-reviewed publications based on an independent research agenda. We do not perform commissioned evidence reviews. We partner with appropriate stakeholders to facilitate implementation of our findings.
We lead enterprise-level change management to transform partner hospitals and health systems into high-reliability organizations. We also lead project level process improvement projects. Our physician executives are formally trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma.
